If you want to train for something specific, or just feel that you need the full benefits that 1 – 1 instructor attention and details can provide, contact us to book your personal training session. or package. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all private sessions are one hour in duration.

The first step is to contact us and we can begin the consultation process. The more information that we can gather via email or the telephone will help to provide you with a more comprehensive program. It is important to find out about your past and present exercise history, nutritional information, injuries or concerns, professional medical advice, time availability, level of support amongst family and friends and to set long and short term goals. From this we move on to the initial consultation.

Initial consultations are required to properly assess each clients strength and weaknesses and to fully discuss your needs before designing a proper and unique exercise program. These assessments can sometimes last longer than one hour but will be billed as a one hour consultation session. This can be a bit of a workout depending on your present fitness level, so arrive dressed to exercise and be prepared for a workout!
