Please note that class times do require minimum numbers to go forward and may be cancelled due to insufficient registrations.
In the event that you are unable to attend a class we will allow for a make up class providing that there is space available in another class time and that prior arrangements have been agreed upon. We reserve the right to restrict the number of make up classes that any one individual can attend (ie. it is a frequent and re – occuring event). We understand that things happen, and you can miss a class, but the point is to make a commitment and get into a regular exercise pattern.
Drop Ins – while we do allow drop ins, it is not something we actively encourage. If you wish to drop in please contact us so we can discuss this further and assess your exercise history. The reasons for this are as follows:
*drop in patrons are required to pay a higher fee
*classes are progressive in nature, so attending a class part way through a session may be detrimental to your safety and without prior knowledge of your exercise level and history (if we haven’t seen you squat, we can’t have you jump in to a squat and press!)
*classes are programmed in advance, and based on specific numbers and abilities and it is not fair to fellow class attendees, or the instructor to suddenly have this change
If you wish to attend a mixture of classes ( Boot Camp PM 2, but only 2 evenings and Sat Boot Camp AM for example, plese contact us and we will do the best we can to accommodate your schedule).
If you are going to be away on holiday for a portion of the class sessions but still wish to attend, please contact us to make prior arrangements. Again, we will do our best to help accommodate your schedule.
