Express Boot Camp

A fast and intense interval circuit designed for those with limited time at lunch, but who still want to get out and do a convenient workout over their lunch hour. The 40 minute Express circuit is planned to allow people to walk over to Exchange Fitness, exercise hard during a shortened class and still have time to shower up and walk back to work (hopefully feeling refreshed & energised). A typical classs would include a reduced warm up, a couple of interval circuits (cardio, strength, endurance and core work), with a brief cool down. Essentially, just like our regular boot camp classes but done at a quicker pace and with less exercises in the circuit in order to get you through a 40 minute lunch time workout. You are more than welcome to stay and stretch a bit more on your own if you desire.

This class runs Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 11.45 to 12.25pm over a 6 week time period. If this time is not convenient, and you have a minimum of 4 people committed to working out together, contact us and we can try and make arrangements to put a different class time together for you and your co-worker and friends.
