Registration and Payment Options
To register for a class you will need to fill in some required forms (3 in total) and make payment online, by cheque, or contact us for other options. The instructions are below, just follow the links.
The steps to register for a class are as follows: (when filling out the necessary forms, a new window will open under the bcfitness website, which is the original company I started upon moving to Winnipeg. (It’s just simpler to keep it right now as is).
- Fill out your Par Q form (required Canadian medical clearance)
- Fill out your Customer Information form (your contact and emergency contact info)
- Fill out your Waiver & Consent form (more legalities, sorry but the lawyers say we have to)
- After you complete the forms we make a folder for each individual and the forms are saved and confidential. If you register for any other course in the future you will only need to fill out the forms if any of your information or medical situation has changed.
- Make Payment using the secure server of PayPal or by contacting us (info@exchangefitness.com or 293.9757) to arrange an alternative.
- If you wish, all of the above can be done at the Exchange Fitness facility on our computer in case you require help and guidance.
- Payment is required before classes or personal training sessions commence, and this policy is now enforced due to some unfortunate past situations that may require the karma police to intervene.
Making an online payment:
- choose your class from the drop down menu under Exchange Fitness and select add to cart. Pay Pal will calculate and add GST to your class choice.
- You can either create a PayPal account or simply use your credit card. Pay Pal is a secure server and I have not had any problems with it at all after one year. Once payment is made you will be issued an email receipt.
- If you wish to pay via cheque please contact us and let us know that the “cheque is in the mail” so we don’t give your spot away.
- Or you may also pay by cash. Again contact us and let us know your intentions so we can make arrangements to take payment and guarantee your class spot.
Please choose from the following Boot Camp, Kettlebell, and Sport Conditioning class registration options. If you want to add the 3rd class option to the evening Boot Camp (Friday 5.30 – 6.30pm), just add that option to the cart also.
